These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our taxi and cab services. By booking a taxi, submitting an enquiry, sharing your contact details, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with booking or using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Making a taxi booking
  • Submitting your phone number, email, or travel details
  • Communicating with us through call, message, website, or digital platforms

you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
This acceptance applies whether or not you have physically read the full content, and is deemed valid at the time of booking or information submission.

Service Scope

We provide taxi and cab services including, but not limited to:

  • One Way Cab Services
  • Round Trip Taxi Services
  • Outstation Cab Services
  • Airport Pickup and Drop
  • City Tour Taxi Services
  • Corporate Taxi Services

All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and operational conditions at the time of booking.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, messaging platforms, or any authorized communication channel.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation is provided by our team.
  • Sharing booking details does not guarantee service availability until confirmation is issued.

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational, safety, or unavoidable circumstances.

Fare & Pricing Policy

  • Taxi fares are calculated based on the selected service type.
  • Charges may include:
    • Distance travelled (per km)
    • Time or duration (for city tour or rental services)
    • Toll charges
    • Parking charges
    • State taxes or permits (if applicable)

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated at the time of booking or before trip commencement.

Payment Terms

  • Payments may be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted digital modes.
  • Advance payment may be required for outstation, airport, or corporate bookings.
  • Full payment must be settled as per the agreed terms.

Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation or service refusal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges.
  • No-shows may be charged fully or partially.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Waiting Time & Delays

  • Waiting time beyond the agreed pickup time may be chargeable.
  • Traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions may cause delays.
  • The company is not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or appointments due to such delays.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Be present at the pickup location on time
  • Ensure personal belongings are not left behind
  • Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and staff

The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Vehicle & Driver Allocation

  • Vehicles and drivers are assigned based on availability.
  • The company reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver if required.
  • Drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.

Luggage Policy

  • Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s storage capacity.
  • Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional charges.
  • Improperly packed items are carried at the passenger’s risk.

Safety & Compliance

  • Seat belts must be worn where applicable.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • The company may terminate the ride immediately if safety rules are violated.

Corporate Taxi Services

  • Corporate services are provided as per agreed schedules and requirements.
  • Billing terms, usage policies, and reporting structures may vary by agreement.
  • Changes must be communicated in advance to avoid service disruption.

Limitation of Liability

  • The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the booked service.
  • External factors beyond control are excluded from liability.

Right to Refuse Service

The company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Incorrect or misleading information is provided
  • Safety concerns arise
  • These Terms and Conditions are violated

Amendments to Terms

The company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued booking or usage of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
